Kobie Kooling, Inc. is a family owned and operated Air Conditioning & Heating Company serving all of Southwest Florida. Harry, Fred and Mark Kobie direct and supervise over 30 employees to ensure prompt and professional service.

The Kobie name has been associated with Air Conditioning since the 1950’s. We proudly carry on a family tradition of a ‘Customer first’ attitude. Kobie Kooling, Inc. pioneered the "QUICK RESPONSE" fleet of service vehicles to provide emergency service in minutes instead of days.
